This privacy policy applies to Tercaet, LLC ("Tercaet," "we," "us," or "our") and describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our website (tercaet.com and related web properties such as Single Interest, Many Thoughts and OnRails.blog), our iOS applications (including Pocket Angelus & Regina Caeli, Pocket Rosary, Pocket Chaplet, Pocket Gospels, and any other application we release now or in the future), and our consulting services (collectively, the "Services"). This is a single, company-wide policy that covers every app and service we offer, rather than a separate policy per app.

Whenever we make changes, the changes are effective immediately after we post the revised privacy policy (as indicated by the "Last Revised" date above). Information You Provide to Us

• Submit our contact form to inquire about a project;
• Submit an app support request, which may include your name, email address, the app name and version, and your device model and OS version so we can troubleshoot an issue;
• Sign up for a newsletter or mailing list, which includes your name and email address; or
• Otherwise contact us directly, such as by email.

The types of information we may collect this way include your name, email address, company name, device or app details you choose to share for support purposes, and the content of any message you send us.

Information We Collect Automatically

Like most websites, our web server may automatically log basic technical information when you visit tercaet.com or our other web properties, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the page you visited before navigating to our site. We use this information for security, diagnostics, and to understand how our site is used. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on our website.

Our iOS applications do not require you to create an account and are not designed to collect personally identifiable information directly within the app. Preferences such as alarm times, language, or display settings may be stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms and are not transmitted to us. If you have enabled analytics sharing in your device settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash and usage data with us through App Store Connect; we do not receive any information that identifies you personally through this feature.

Information We Collect From Other Sources

If you reach us through a third-party platform (for example, a link from the App Store, a support redirect that pre-fills app/device details, or a referral), we may combine information from that source with information you provide directly to us in order to respond to you more effectively.

Use of Information

We use information about you to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our website, applications, and services;
• Send you information you have requested, such as newsletter updates, and administrative messages related to a request you made;

By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your information in the United States, where Tercaet, LLC is based.

• App preferences: Since app preferences are stored locally on your device, you can reset them at any time by adjusting the app's settings or by deleting and reinstalling the app.

Our Services are general-audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
